"Issue got fixed, but it took a while"
Not saying it’s a scam, but it definitely took longer than I expected to get the defect sorted. To be fair, they did fix it in the end, so I’m glad it was resolved, just wish the whole process had been quicker

I had to exchange my boots for a different size. It all got sorted in the end, which is obviously what matters, but the replies took a few days and I did have to follow up once. Not a huge deal, and I get that things can take time, but you’d expect the exchange process to be a bit more straightforward

I’ve ordered from nps-solovair.com a few times now. Different pairs. Same experience. I’m usually a UK 9, and every pair has fit pretty much exactly how I expected. No guessing game, no weird surprises when the box shows up. They still need the usual break-in, of course, but the actual sizing feels really consistent. Makes buying them online a lot less of a hassle.

I ordered my normal size and they fit exactly how I hoped, comfortable, no tight spots, and no slipping around. I saw a few mixed comments about sizing online, but i just followed the size guide and it worked out fine. Seems like the simplest approach was the right one. Really happy with the fit.

I was able to get them repaired in the end, but it turned into way more of a hassle than I expected. The most frustrating part was that there was basically no follow-up, so I had to keep checking in myself to figure out what was going on. Not the smoothest experience.

I ordered a pair of boots from nps-solovair.com and the shipping went smoothly. I think I got the tracking email around the next day, and it kept updating as the package moved, which was nice. The parcel showed up more or less within the timeframe they gave, maybe about a day later than I was hoping, but it really wasn’t a big deal. The box looked fine and the boots were in good shape. I’d probably order from them again

"Nice leather, just needs a little breaking in"
I got a pair from Solovair and I’ve gotta say, I’m happy with them. The leather feels thick and proper, not that plasticky stuff you get on some boots. They weren’t perfect right out of the box, though, took a bit to break in, and one spot felt a little stiff at first. But after a few wears, they softened up nicely. I can’t say I’m not impressed with the quality overall.

Got my boots about a week ago, and they’re already feeling comfortable. I wore them for around 8 hours at work, maybe a bit more, and my feet were totally fine. No rubbing, no awkward sore spots, nothing like that.

I ordered from nps-solovair.com because I wanted the real Northampton-made boots, not something that just looks the part. you can feel that straight away. They’ve got that proper, no-nonsense feel to them, like there’s actual history behind what you’re wearing.
They’re solid, definitely sturdy, and yeah, they do need a bit of breaking in, but I expected that with boots like these. It’s just nice buying from a brand that still feels genuine, you know? Not too polished or overdone, just proper well-made boots.

"Really quick and easy order"
I ordered a pair of Solovairs on Monday and got the dispatch email later that same day which was a nice little surprise, then they turned up two days after that, properly boxed and with the tracking doing what it was meant to do so I didn’t have to chase anyone or wonder where they were. Really happy with the whole thing and I’d definitely use nps-solovair again.
